How can I book a Sundarban tour?
Choose a package, select your pickup option, hotel category, date and number of travellers, then pay the advance online securely with Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking & wallets). You can also call or WhatsApp us to book.
What is included in the packages?
Transportation from Kolkata or Canning (as selected), accommodation (for overnight tours), all major meals, boat safari, forest permits, guide charges and still-camera permission. Please check each package's inclusions list.
Is the Sundarban tour safe for families and children?
Yes. Our boats carry life jackets, experienced licensed crew and a doctor is available on call 24×7. Children 1–4 years travel free and children 4–8 years pay 50% of the adult fare.
What is the best time to visit the Sundarbans?
September to March offers the most pleasant weather and the best wildlife sightings. Winter months also include a bonfire evening.
Will I definitely see a Royal Bengal Tiger?
Tiger sightings are a matter of luck as these are wild, elusive animals. However, crocodiles, spotted deer, monkeys, water monitors and many birds are commonly seen.
Do I need a permit to enter the Tiger Reserve?
Yes, and we arrange all permits for Indian nationals. Foreign nationals need a separate Tiger Reserve permit (fee not included) and must carry their original passport.
Can I pay a partial amount while booking?
Yes. You can pay an advance online at the time of booking and the remaining amount before the tour starts. The advance percentage is shown at checkout.
